Not at the time being, all orders are online. However we are looking to attend local fairs/markets. So keep an eye on our social medias!

At the moment we only offer to ship locally and interstate in Australia

Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for unused and undamaged products. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@lodestudio.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for our assessment.
