At the moment we only offer to ship locally (Victoria) and interstate in Australia

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for unused and undamaged products.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

 
Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 
Damaged Items:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for our assessment.

  • Item will be able to be refunded or exchanged  if the packaging is still intact.
